• No Insurance Experience Required.

Responsibilities

• Provide un-scripted, white glove service over the phone with clients while conducting policy servicing tasks for various complex account portfolios.
• Utilize conflict resolution and expert de-escalation skills to provide the required level of care for clients.
• Learn to navigate numerous carrier websites, Salesforce CRM, SMS, and other omnichannel functions.
• Focus on metrics such as Net Promoter Score, productivity, client retention, schedule adherence, and same-day resolutions.
• Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, dependability, self-motivation, and teamwork.
