About The Position
The Customer Product Growth Specialist is responsible for utilizing technical expertise of products, industry, and discipline to service customers with respect to all aspects of the relationship including bid proposals, product usage, alternative products, etc. The role involves establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers, laying out jobs, consulting on technical aspects of products, conducting testing and calculations, and collaborating with sales teams to meet customer needs and corporate growth goals.
