About the position
As a Training Specialist on Asana's Customer Education team, you will be responsible for delivering impactful and delightful instructor-led learning experiences to Asana customers. Your main focus will be on facilitating training sessions that enable customers to realize value and achieve mastery with Asana. You will also support the education programs by delivering virtual training sessions and workshops, coordinating program logistics, and continuously improving learning experiences. Additionally, you will develop and maintain training content, build relationships with customers, and gather feedback to drive the development of the program forward.
Responsibilities
- Deliver impactful and delightful instructor-led learning experiences to Asana customers
- Work with a team to create learning experiences that deliver delight and value at scale
- Facilitate training sessions to enable customers to realize value and achieve mastery with Asana
- Deliver virtual training sessions and workshops for customers
- Learn about product functionality, workflows, and best practices
- Coordinate training program logistics, such as scheduling, email outreach, and data collection
- Report on the success and operational metrics of each session delivery
- Develop, maintain, and iterate on training content
- Build relationships with customers to identify champions and provide customer stories and insights
- Represent the voice of customers and source feedback for program development
- Deliver virtual and in-person training or instruction to a live audience
- Use instructional best practices for engagement and understanding
- Communicate and present effectively to train customers on software or technology
- Continuously improve and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Have a deep understanding of Asana tools and experience in a B2B SaaS company
- Familiarity with eLearning tools like Articulate, Camtasia, or Captivate
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesian
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience delivering virtual and in-person training or instruction to a live audience
- Familiarity with instructional best practices for a live audience, including engagement strategies and checks for understanding
- Strong and engaging communication and presentation skills, with experience training customers on software or technology
- Growth mindset with a willingness to continuously improve
- Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic, and increasingly global environment
- Experience working in a high-growth, B2B SaaS company and a deep understanding of Asana tools
- Experience with eLearning tools like Articulate, Camtasia, or Captivate
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesian
