Customer Care Specialist - French Market

TheFork is seeking a customer support representative to answer incoming requests via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will be based in Barcelona, have native-level French and fluent English, and possess strong communication skills. The role involves assisting customers with questions about the company's electronic reservation book, website, and app, and providing suitable solutions according to their specific needs. • Answer to incoming requests via phone, email and chat.
