About the position
TheFork is seeking a customer support representative to answer incoming requests via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will be based in Barcelona, have native-level French and fluent English, and possess strong communication skills. The role involves assisting customers with questions about the company's electronic reservation book, website, and app, and providing suitable solutions according to their specific needs. Responsibilities
- Answer to incoming requests via phone, email and chat.
- Assist customers with questions about electronic reservation book, website or app.
- Provide suitable answer or solution according to customer's specific needs.
- Based in Barcelona.
- Native level of French and fluent in English.
- Open minded person with high level of communication skills.
- Care about customer needs and always try to make their experience unique and satisfactory.
- Knowledge in CRM tools.
- Experienced in a customer support environment.
