About the position
We are looking for a Customer Care Associate (Claims Call Center) to handle inbound calls from external customers for general insurance claims, maintain good customer relationships, and work on other ad hoc duties. The ideal candidate should have good customer service skills, experience in call center and claims, and be an active learner and problem solver. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from external customers for general insurance claims
- Maintain good customer relationship
- Work on shift duty (Mon - Fri: 9:30am – 5:30 pm, with meal break)
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company
Requirements

- Other ad hoc duties
- HKDSE/ HKCEE or above
- With good customer services skill
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Experience in call centre and claims are preferred
- Active learner and problem solver
- Ability to work individually and as part of a group to execute things in a timely and efficient manner
