As a Customer Advocate, you will make connections with our customers to foster brand loyalty while handling inbound phone calls. This role requires natural empathy, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. You will provide service and support to retail customers, contacts, retailers, distributors, and regional personnel, working to resolve vehicle problems and retailer issues that benefit both the customer and the company. You will act as an advisor to consumers and retailers regarding Subaru of America (SOA), its products, and retailers.
