About the position
The Customer Account Specialist is responsible for driving customer engagement and activation within the company's customer base. They will collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies to optimize customer onboarding and activation processes. Additionally, they will track and analyze customer data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. The role requires 1-2 years of experience in customer success or customer experience, knowledge of CRM systems and customer engagement platforms, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive customer engagement and activation across the company's customer base
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify key areas of opportunity
- Develop strategies to optimize customer onboarding and activation processes
- Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Lead presentations, information sessions, training, and events with customers
- Partner with clients to ensure they feel supported, informed, and cared for
- Assist customers to expand their usage and adoption of the company's platform
- Understand and address customer requests and queries, engaging appropriate internal stakeholders
- Work closely with support and marketing teams to generate marketing and information materials for clients
- Act as an advocate with customers to ensure the best uptake of the company's platform
- Define and track success metrics related to activation, engagement, and customer satisfaction
- Grow the value potential of clients by gathering quantitative feedback on customer experience
- Develop and execute customer onboarding and activation strategies
- Utilize CRM systems and customer engagement platforms
- Build strong interpersonal relationships
- Have a deep understanding of customer behavior and engagement
- Utilize analytical skills and data analysis tools and techniques
- Possess excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience working in a customer success or customer experience role
- Experience developing and executing customer onboarding and activation strategies
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer engagement platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- A deep understanding of customer behavior and engagement
- Analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent communication skills
