About The Position
As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be instrumental in shaping the strategy and solution development for the Citizen Security & Public Services Sector (CSPS). You will craft and implement IT strategies tailored to the Federal Civilian market, translating organizational needs into effective, best-in-class solutions that drive both mission success for our customers and growth for CSPS. With a blend of strong technical expertise, operational excellence, and an entrepreneurial mindset, you'll embrace an outcome-focused approach to problem-solving. Collaborating closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, you'll develop and deploy strategic solutions to address complex challenges. You are a technology evangelist and industry thought leader.
