About the position
The job overview for this role is that Careem is seeking an experienced Martech expert to support their businesses in delivering impactful campaigns through personalization, automation, and content enrichment. The role will involve optimizing the performance of outbound marketing channels, managing experimentation roadmaps, driving the usage of gamification, leading Martech projects, collaborating with data teams, leveraging automation, and supporting the CRM team in setting up complex campaigns. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in this field.
Responsibilities
- Optimize performance of outbound marketing channels (Push, WhatsApp, eMail, WhatsApp etc)
- Manage experimentation roadmap to test and scale new features/construct geared towards increasing impact of CRM initiatives
- Support in driving usage of gamification construct across CRM channels
- Lead Martech projects requiring API integration with external technology partners and inhouse platforms to drive additional marketing use cases
- Collaborate with data team to set-up data pipeline required to track content performance across all all CRM channels
- Lead initiative on CRM Analytics to monitor health of CRM channels and provide recommendation
- Leverage automation for reducing manual intervention and optimize content operations
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure events and customer attributes are accurately configured
- Support CRM team setting up complex campaigns and troubleshooting campaign issues
Requirements
- Experience in Martech and CRM
- Knowledge of personalization, automation, and content enrichment
- Ability to plan and execute engagement marketing strategies
- Proficiency in outbound marketing channels such as email, push notifications, SMS, webhooks, etc.
- Experience in optimizing performance of outbound marketing channels
- Ability to manage experimentation roadmap for testing and scaling new features
- Familiarity with gamification constructs in CRM channels
- Experience in API integration with external technology partners and in-house platforms
- Collaboration with data team for tracking content performance
- Knowledge of CRM analytics and providing recommendations
- Proficiency in automation for content operations
- Collaboration with engineering and product teams for accurate configuration of events and customer attributes
- Ability to support CRM team in setting up complex campaigns and troubleshooting issues
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
