About The Position

Line/Sales Crew members are responsible for working across sales, line, fries, server and Quality Assurance positions. They may also complete prep work in the kitchen as required. Their primary responsibilities are ensuring the best guest experience at all times, in terms of guest connection, speed of service, food quality and presentation. They are also responsible for following all food safety and WH&S policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements

  • Completed (or willingness to undertake) Food Safety course.
  • Completed (or willingness to undertake) Basset course.
  • Experience in a guest service role or food preparation role (highly desirable).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Personable and approachable disposition.
  • Financial acumen and numeracy.
  • Ability to accurately perform simple mathematical tasks required for cash handling.
  • Possess a basic understanding of food safety and food quality concepts.
  • Ability and willingness to learn and use point of sale systems.

  • Monitor product levels throughout the shift.
  • Assist with the development of crew in line skills.
