Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer proficiency
Dependable, accountable, and team-oriented work ethic
Willingness to learn products, systems, and processes
Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

Flooring industry experience preferred (products, installation techniques, best practices)
Inside sales or counter sales experience in a B2B environment
Experience working with order entry systems or ERP platforms
Bi-lingual skills (Spanish/English) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Assist walk-in and telephone customers with product selection, pricing, and availability
Receive, enter, and track customer orders through completion and delivery
Resolve order challenges, process returns, and provide shipment status updates
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom and counter area
Develop and maintain working knowledge of Fishman product offerings
Support branch operations as needed, including coordination with warehouse staff
