Corporate IT Support Engineer

The job overview for the position of Corporate IT Support Engineer is as follows: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site IT Engineer to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of the IT infrastructure. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining and supporting the site's IT systems, installing and configuring new hardware and software, ensuring system security, providing technical support to users, participating in IT projects, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, at least 2-3 years of experience in an IT support role, strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Maintain and support the site's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Install and configure new hardware and software systems and troubleshoot any issues, e.g., laptops, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, applications, etc.
• Ensure the site's IT systems are secure and up to date, including implementing and maintaining security policies.
• Work closely with the rest of the IT team to ensure the smooth running of the site's systems.
• Provide technical support to users at the site & remotely, including resolving hardware and software issues.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives, including rolling out new systems and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate documentation of the site's IT systems and processes.
• Participating in global projects.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 2-3 years of experience in an IT support role.

Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.

Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.

Understanding of Networking concepts.

Understanding and Management of 0365 environment.

Understanding and knowledge of Server Management e.g. AD, AAD, DNS etc.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
