Copywriter

As a Copywriter at HyperionDev, you will be responsible for creating compelling content that showcases our brand and drives engagement. Your role will involve collaborating with internal experts to develop meaningful content that helps customers navigate their career paths. You will work closely with various teams, including Design, Product Marketing, and Email Marketing, to ensure effective communication and drive student action. We are looking for someone with strong copywriting skills, a portfolio of written work, and a deep understanding of social media and content trends. This role requires the ability to apply data and user research insights to copy development and adapt quickly based on feedback.

• Create clear and appealing communication of the company identity and brand story
• Ideation and research for Content Marketing
• Regular writing of SEO optimized blog posts
• Create copy for email, social media, and video
• Produce copy for performance marketing needs (Facebook and Tik Tok ads, Youtube videos)
• Ongoing improvement of website content
• Create engaging content for social media
• Perform day-to-day community management of social media channels
• Optimize results from email campaigns
• Optimize Brand Awareness and Thought Leadership
• Use data analysis (Google Analytics, CRM, and other sources) to inform decisions

• 2-3+ years of work experience as a copywriter or content editor
• 1+ years of experience actively involved in the brand messaging for a large consumer or business facing brand
• A qualification in creative writing, journalism, marketing
