Seasonal Coordinator, International Production Operations

About the position

The NFL is looking for assistance with the coordination of NFL game broadcasts & programs to international broadcast partners. Daily tasks include contacting partners and gathering game selections; assisting with weekly satellite/fiber orders; and distributing confirmations, formats, and AD information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating delivery of NFL games, programs, footage, and other content to regional areas: North America, Europe, & Asia.
• Serve as point of contact for Int'l NFL Partners to coordinate transmission paths.
• Document and track game selections and other content broadcast around the world.
• Work with internal depts. and external facilities to distribute NFL content.
• Liaise with NFL Broadcasting, network TV partners, team PR and stadium contacts to communicate broadcast details to int'l partners.
• Support live transmissions while in progress to ensure highest quality experience for each partner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years in sports broadcast, television or other production and project management roles
• Knowledge of broadcast distribution and technology
• Knowledge of current sports broadcast production, content technologies and methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
