The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring full compliance with all Department of Labor requirements as outlined in project agreements. Items such as but not limited to: Prevailing Wage administration as defined by the Davis Bacon Act, Public Works project requirements, EEO, AAP, OFCCP and other state and federal requirements. This role will also ensure a formal review of new federal and state laws is completed and successfully incorporated into the Company's standardized policies and procedures.
