To coordinate and lead activities of the Cadillac Kaizen Promotion Office (KPO). Support local Continuous Improvement, Training and Organizational Development processes throughout the Supply Chain (both internal and with suppliers).
Locally streamline processes & deliver production Improvements
Identify opportunities for process improvements [Easier, Better, Faster, Cheaper]
Sustain an engaging continuous improvement culture on and off the shop floor
Identify and deliver quality improvements as part of a continuing assessment process
Provide reporting and recommendations to the local leadership team
Participate in site strategic planning
Coordinate and implement Kaizen activity across the site and with suppliers as needed
Plan, organize, and deliver training through the STAR Academy
Facilitate Kaizen
Attend Tier meetings and offer support and feedback for best practices through Standard Work
Aid in leaderships Continuous Improvement Journey and help Value Stream and Department Managers set a Roadmap via A3 Proposals
4 Year related college degree
High School Diploma
4 years' relevant experience
PC literate with strong Excel, Work, Minitab and PowerPoint skills
Excellent Reporting Skills
Six Sigma Black Belt or above
Previous experience leading and facilitating CI programs.
