Havenwood of Burnsville is currently recruiting for a hospitality-focused Concierge. This role is responsible for warmly and professionally meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers daily. You will be the first face visitors see when they come to our community! Hours: Weekday & Weekends: 2-3 shifts available per week. 4PM-8PM Starting Pay: $17.00, depending on experience level.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately.
• Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
