About The Position
South Puget Sound Community College (SPSCC) seeks highly motivated and qualified candidates for the position of adjunct or part-time faculty members in Computer Information Systems/Computer Science. The adjunct faculty salary for the 2024-2025 fiscal year is $1,131.00- $1,154.00 per credit hour. This position places student success at the center of all decision-making and requires engagement with students, faculty, staff, and administrators to create a community of learners. Candidates will seek opportunities for teaching and learning excellence, embrace change, and respect diverse cultural values. The role involves contributing to the technical and general education of students who will apply their learning to the world of work and transfer their education to a university. SPSCC accepts applications for adjunct faculty positions on an ongoing basis to establish a qualified pool of applicants for future part-time appointments.
