About the position
The Compliance and Testing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that supply chain partners meet product quality standards as outlined by RTR requirements. This includes performing processing and tracking of brand specific quality program operations for product testing, partnering with third party laboratories to carry out testing, monitoring testing results, and coordinating internal testing procedures to align with RTR standards. The ideal candidate should have intermediate knowledge of textile and garment construction, proficient computer skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve best practices.
Responsibilities
- Perform processing and tracking of brand specific quality program operations for product testing
- Ensure products are tested in accordance to RTR compliance protocols and quality performance expectations
- Assist in partnering with third party laboratories to carry out testing within designated turnaround times
- Monitor testing results and escalate risk factors for review
- Support preventative maintenance management to ensure timely processing
- Coordinate internal testing procedures to align with RTR standards and manage physical and digital records of tested fabric and garment specimens
- Partner cross-functionally with Buying, Fashion Ops, Site Merchandising to address compliance and testing issues across all categories
Requirements

- Intermediate knowledge of textile and garment construction and limitations, dye and print techniques, trim components, testing parameters and standards
- Proficient computer skills (eg. spreadsheet software, powerpoint/slides) as well as the ability to operate warehouse software
- Positive, “can-do” attitude or and are comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
- Proficient in collecting, organizing and analyzing data
- Enjoy working cross-functionally & influencing others to achieve best practices
- Familiarity working in a warehouse environment
- Operate with a sense of urgency and have high attention to detail
- Forward-thinker with the ability to articulate point of view and improve processes
