The Community Manager will work closely with the Digital Content team and report to the Associate Director. Responsibilities
- Create and manage social media content calendars for large global brands
- Develop copy and images for individual pieces of content nuanced by the market
- Manage content sourcing, posting, and strategic community interactions
- Address specific customer service inquiries and questions
- Stay in tune with the overall social conversation and identify trends and engagement opportunities
- Collaborate with the team to develop engagement strategies for brands
- Understand a brand's voice and adopt it into the social vernacular
- Communicate confidently and comfortably with internal teams and clients
- Manage multiple channels and global/local market content calendars
- Stay up to date with the latest social media technologies, platforms, services, and analytics tools
- Demonstrate strong writing skills, both technical and creative
- Collaborate effectively across internal and client teams
- Provide quick feedback and revisions
- Pay attention to accuracy and proofreading
- Handle multiple work streams and points of contact with ease
- Create and manage social media content for brand/owned channels
- Possess expert knowledge of all current social platforms
- Utilize social listening and publishing tools
- Demonstrate impeccable writing, public speaking, and overall communication skills
- Be a content and editorial expert
- Have a passion and knowledge about interior design, the home industry, pop culture, and relevant markets
- Stay updated on industry trends, creative campaigns, emerging technologies, pop culture, and current events
- Think strategically and turn insights into sound recommendations
- Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Be proficient in Keynote, G-suite, and all social platforms
- Be self-motivated and skilled at multitasking
- Prepare client-ready documents and liaise with clients and brand agency partners
- Proactively seek opportunities in the digital space

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management, including content creation and publishing
- Well-organized and positive attitude
- Ability to work with internal and external teams
- Experience in growing brand communities and addressing customer needs
- Monitoring and optimizing executions to increase brand engagement and account growth
- Interested in the digital-social environment
- Ability to think of ways for people and brands to connect
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple channels and global/local market content calendars
- Familiarity with the latest social media technologies, platforms, services, and analytics tools
- Proven writing skills, both technical and creative
- Strong collaborator with internal and client teams
- Quick with feedback and revisions

- 3+ years of experience in creating and managing social media content for brand/owned channels (agency setting preferred)
- Expert knowledge of all current social platforms, including posting, scheduling, and creating content
- Experience with social listening and publishing tools
- Impeccable writing, public speaking, and communication skills
- Passionate and knowledgeable about interior design, the home industry, pop culture, and relevant markets
- Up-to-date with industry trends, creative campaigns, emerging technologies, pop culture, and current events
