About The Position

As a Communications Specialist at Reliable Robotics, you will help share our vision, engage key stakeholders and leadership, and elevate our brand presence in aviation. This is a pivotal role that combines writing, editing, project and event management to enhance Reliable Robotic’s communication efforts and company branding. An essential part of the role is developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that align with company goals and ensure consistent, impactful messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 6-8 years experience in corporate communications or public relations.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
• Experience with media relations, social media strategy, and content marketing.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with design and video editing tools.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, executives, and marketing teams.
• Knowledge of the aviation industry or emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Craft and disseminate Reliable’s message to a broad audience of customers, investors, policymakers and candidates.
• Oversee all aspects of communication strategy from social media, public relations, website management, photo shoots, video production, conference participation, crisis communications and special projects.
• Own writing press releases and responding to media inquiries to enhance Reliable Robotics’ public relations efforts.
• Manage projects and editorial tasks effectively.
