About the position
The company Too Good To Go is seeking a dedicated and engaged commercial terrain to join their Outbound Nord team. The role involves developing a strategy to build a strong network of independent and franchised stores in the Lille region, as well as creating relationships with potential partners and raising awareness about the fight against food waste. The ideal candidate should have experience as a successful business developer, be independent and autonomous, and have excellent negotiation and communication skills. Responsibilities
- Develop a strategy to build a strong network of independent and franchised stores in the Lille region
- Map out opportunities for Too Good To Go in the department, connect and create lasting relationships with all potential partners
- Develop a deep understanding of prospects by spending 80% of time in the field (door to door) and contacting them by phone or other creative means to offer the most suitable offer to convince them to join Too Good To Go and fight against food waste
- Be responsible for a region and be completely mobile in the area, with many trips planned every month to promote Too Good To Go
- Follow stores to facilitate their integration and maximize their impact, create a real network of ambassadors and ensure they use our solution in the best possible way
- Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing and Care, to maximize results
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Developer in charge of a specific area is a plus
- Good knowledge of the Hauts-de-France region is a plus
- Must have a driver's license
- Must be comfortable with door-to-door sales and phone sales
- Must be able to create and present impactful arguments and have excellent commercial sense
- Must have a passion for environmental protection and fighting food waste
- Must be caring and willing to take care of consumers, partners, and colleagues
- Must have high expectations and strive to exceed them
- Must be able to simplify complex problems and find solutions
- Must be willing to travel frequently and stay overnight
- Must be fluent in French
