About The Position
The Commercial Finance Specialist is responsible for daily administration of commercial finance processes, cooperating closely with other departments (division finance, customer service team, local sales support offices, sales representatives) on collecting and maintaining price information. This role is the main contact person in case of any pricing/rebates queries, assisting in regular price updates (list prices, price increases, policies, and terms), new customer pricing & rebates agreement creation (based on the requests from local sales support or sales representatives), order queries (missing prices or discrepancies on the purchase orders) and generating the commercial reports (price lists, price comparison reports, price increase tracker and others). The Commercial Finance Specialist reports to the Global Finance Operations Manager within the Pricing and Rebates area of the Global Finance Operations Team.
