About The Position
Our client is a large Agricultural Manufacturing company in Merced that is looking for a CNC Plasma Operator. This person will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining CNC plasma cutting machines to cut and shape metal and other materials according to precise specifications. This role requires technical expertise in CNC machinery, an understanding of cutting processes, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Perform a variety of duties including grinding, de burring, cleaning of parts, cutting and removal of scrap. Extensive use of overhead cranes to move materials and parts as needed. Accurately complete all paperwork associated with the position. Perform other tasks as assigned in support of fabrication operations. Our CNC Plasma Table Operators are competent and work independently.
