About The Position

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) role at AWS is designed to provide strategic technical guidance and advocacy to enterprise customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from AWS services. This position focuses on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their operational needs, and proactively addressing their technical challenges. The TAM acts as a principal technical advisor, collaborating with engineers and service teams to resolve issues and drive customer adoption of AWS technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of technical engineering experience or 4+ years of related work experience.
• Must be eligible to access and support AWS GovCloud.
• Professional oral and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience as a technical lead.
• Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment.
• Experience with AWS services and/or other cloud offerings.

Responsibilities
