Staffing Pros, a division of VETS Inc., is recruiting for a full-time Cloud/DevOps Systems Engineer in Rosslyn, VA or Beltsville, MD. This position requires an Active Secret Clearance.   • Integrate Cribl into our infrastructure while leveraging Azure cloud services and ServiceNow to bolster our cybersecurity efforts.
  • Manage and optimize Azure resources: storage, networking, compute, and Identity Access Management (IAM).
  • Architect, deploy, and optimize Azure cloud solutions, implementing security best practices and compliance protocols.
  • Modify and work with Terraform modules for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments.
  • Lead migration projects of on-premises applications and servers to Azure, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Utilize GIT for version control; implement automation using Ansible and Azure DevOps.
  • Utilize basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell and Bash for process automation.
  • Have proven experience in cybersecurity operations, specifically with Cribl, Azure, and ServiceNow.
  • Have strong understanding of cloud security principles and incident management workflows.
  • Have familiarity with threat intelligence frameworks and data analytics methodologies.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 9 years' of relevant experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree requirement.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain prior to start date ONE of the following certifications: CASP+ CE, CCNA Cyber Ops, CCNA-Security, CCNP Security, CEH, CFR, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), Cloud+, CySA+, GCED, GCIA, GCIH, GICSP, SCYBER, VCA DCV, PPDA, Agile IC, SNOW App Dev.
  • Have Cribl, Azure Cloud, ServiceNow and Terraform experience.
  • Have systems administration or systems engineering experience with exposure to Cisco, VMware, clusters, and server management.
  • Experience with Version Control and Automation.
  • An active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a final Top Secret clearance.
  • Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration.
  • Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
