About The Position

The Clinical Program Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day clinical operations of a Young Adult Residential Treatment Center in Boulder, CO. This role involves leading program development, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The position requires a licensed practitioner in Colorado and emphasizes collaboration, communication, and professional growth within a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Licensed Practitioner in the state of Colorado (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• CPR Certification prior to beginning employment.
• Previous experience with substance abuse treatment.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of clinical experience and supervisory experience.
• Understanding of regulatory agency compliance and program development.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in detox, residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and/or intensive outpatient (IOP) settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day clinical operations of the treatment center.
• Lead the development, design, and implementation of the program model and curriculum.
• Participate in the recruitment and hiring of clinical treatment staff.
• Provide supervision to counseling and therapy staff to ensure compliance with clinical standards.
• Ensure assessments, treatment plans, progress reporting, and transition planning are conducted according to standards.
