Requirements

  • Licensed as an LP, LPCC, LICSW or LMFT.
  • Maintain professional competencies and appropriate licensure.
  • Board approved supervisor credentialing.
  • Clear DHS background study.
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of supervisor, program management, and leadership experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a community mental health or CCBHC setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight, direction, and leadership to an assigned outpatient clinic(s) within CMMHC.
  • Dedicate at least 75% of time to the supervision of a given center and 25% to providing diagnostic assessment, individual and family therapy services.
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations within the clinic; attend to operational issues, including crisis management, consultation, staff and client complaints, and coordination of care and/or treatment plans.
  • Provide supervision of individual outpatient staff at least monthly.
  • Maintain optimal outpatient staffing level, hire, train and schedule outpatient staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for outpatient staff; monitor staff productivity to ensure compliance with agency standards; address performance issues.
  • Ensure staff are compliant with agency, local, state, and federal rules, and guidelines; ensure compliance with legal mandated reporting.
  • Perform diagnostic assessments to determine a recipient's eligibility for mental health services.
  • Respond appropriately to crisis situations and rapid screen needs of clients.
  • Coordinate weekly multi-disciplinary team meetings.
  • Attend weekly clinic manager's meetings.
  • Assure financial viability of program.
