Requirements

  • Must speak and write Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Previous experience in customer service (CSR) is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for inquiries from high-revenue clients in the Latam (Brazil) Client Servicing department via email or phone.
  • Read, analyze, and determine appropriate handling and resolution of client requests related to treasury, cash management, card, and depository products.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to provide resolutions to client inquiries, issues, and technical support.
