Requirements

  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application.
  • This position requires a minimum of 1 year of overall work experience.
  • High School Diploma/(GED) is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in hostile termination casework preferred.
  • PC skills and knowledge of Corporate Mainframe and Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience is preferred with knowledge of the following systems: ALFA, FAW, PEGA, ECM.
  • Experience in Collections and/or Client Services Operational Roles.

Responsibilities

  • Complete hostile termination cases, including processing for involuntary/voluntary surrenders, skip charge offs, and deceased do not pursue terminations.
  • Assess repossession charges to the account, assign the asset to auction, and ensure the appropriate post repossession notice is sent to all impacted parties in accordance with the legal guide.
  • Send deficiency notice post auction sale.
  • Complete reinstatement processing, including moving funds received post repossession to general suspense, reversing the termination, and ensuring repossession title processing is halted.
  • Maintain communication with internal and external customers including Collections, DRMs, and dealerships.
