Requirements

• Seeking a defined career path in the financial services industry
• B.A. or B.S. degree from an accredited four-year university preferred, but not required
• Financial planning experience is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client meetings
• Receive incoming calls from clients; handle service inquiries or direct to the appropriate person on the team
• Prepare for client meetings
• Sit in client meetings, taking notes and making observations
• Enter notes and tasks into CRM (Salesforce)
• Handle client meeting follow-up tasks yourself or delegate as appropriate
• Initiate new account openings as necessary
• Transact in accounts as necessary
• Research client holdings and other client information
• Handle client service issues as they arise
• Manage new client onboarding process
