About The Position
The Client Service Representative, National Accounts works closely with the National Client Managers, Account Consultants and their leadership, as a liaison to the various administrative office functional departments (contracts, billing, medical underwriting, etc.) including managing the day-to-day administrative functions. Accountable for the day-to-day service experience of his/her assigned book of business.
