About the position

Fathom is seeking a Client Growth Lead to join their team and help implement their AI technology into healthcare systems. The role involves establishing and managing relationships with clients, providing support and technical communication, and driving customer feedback strategies. The Client Growth Lead will also be responsible for onboarding clients, expanding business through upselling and cross-selling, and converting high-profile clients into advocates. The ideal candidate should have experience in client management, consulting, and software project management in the healthcare industry, as well as strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing, growing, and managing relationships with new and existing clients at all levels, including C-suite
  • Functioning as a support expert and technical communications resource for clients by translating client feedback into actionable tickets
  • Creating and maintaining a continual customer feedback strategy in coordination with the product roadmap, engineering and commercial teams
  • Developing, coordinating and shepherding clients through each phase of our onboarding project plans with clearly-defined deliverables and timelines to get customers fully ramped
  • Growing existing business through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
  • Converting high-profile clients into Fathom advocates and reference customers

Requirements

  • 6+ years of client management experience in working with director-level through C-level clients
  • Experience in consulting, software project management or complex integrations specifically in the healthcare industry
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, organization skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent written and succinct verbal communication, with remote collaboration experience preferred
  • Time management skills with a strong ability to handle multiple tasks and re-prioritize based on strategic needs or client demands
  • Polished presentation skills

  • Competitive salary range of $130,000 - $150,000 USD

  • Resourceful and skilled at leveraging creativity and perseverance to respond to client questions
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced spreadsheet expertise (bonus)
  • Experience working with revenue cycle organizations and understanding of the vernacular (bonus)
  • Relevant medical coding or healthcare knowledge and expertise (bonus)
  • Curiosity and comfort with working in a remote start-up environment (bonus)
