Requirements

• Experience reviewing invoices and audits against claims system.
• Previous experience assisting customers with claims inquiries.
• Track record of reviewing claims and supporting claim adjusters.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to handle customers in difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices and audits against claims system and provide payments to repair facilities and vendors.
• Assist customers by providing the highest level of service when inquiring about the status of a claim or payment status.
• Review claims and provide overall support to claim adjusters.
