About The Position

Requirements

• 3-6 years of professional experience, preferably within software operations and consulting backgrounds.
• Ability to take projects from ideation to execution.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a proactive and resourceful approach.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the co-CEOs to develop and execute key business strategies.
• Improve internal processes and drive operational efficiencies across the organization.
• Lead high-impact projects from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring seamless communication and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and data-driven insights to assist leadership in decision-making.
