About the position
The Axon Channel Manager is responsible for partnering with the Regional Director to enable the sales team to sell Axon products and services to law enforcement agencies in Mexico and South American Emerging Markets. This remote-based position requires the ability to articulate value propositions, build internal relationships, navigate customer procurement processes, and drive sales and revenue goals. The Channel Manager will expand existing programs, engage with partners, manage a partner portal, and collaborate with marketing and direct sales teams to enable channel sales.
Responsibilities
- Expand the existing program in Mexico and South American Emerging Markets
- Run engagements with technical and sales partners
- Manage a partner portal
- Educate partners on the value proposition and provide up-to-date product and partner information
- Prioritize markets for each partner
- Collaborate with marketing, corporate development, and direct sales teams to enable channel sales
- Partner with sales on deal structure and strategy
- Use analytical problem-solving to develop potential solutions
- Act confidently in novel circumstances and work effectively in ambiguous situations
- Act as a subject matter expert for complex deal structure and commercial arrangements
- Prioritize and function well in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
- Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
