About the position
The job overview for this role is to recruit and develop new channel partners in order to drive sales and revenue for a comprehensive portfolio of Security and Identity solutions. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding new partners, leading their performance, collaborating with internal partners, exceeding sales quotas, and resolving conflicts within the Channel. Additionally, the role involves attending industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Channel recruitment and management, established relationships within the Channel ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new Channel Partners
- Effectively onboard new partners and get them up to speed with our solutions as fast as possible
- Lead the performance of the partner (e.g. Distributor, MSP, Channel Partner) and serve as a guide to help execute on mutual goals
- Collaborate with internal partners (Product, Marketing, Engineering, Legal, etc.) to achieve better results, pro-actively identify process improvements and ensure partners have everything they need to be successful
- Be responsible for the sales cycle with the Partner to exceed sales quota and other strategic objectives
- Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business results that improve performance
- Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the Channel
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the Company
- Solve real customer problems
- Anticipate customers' evolving digital security needs to create best-in-class solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Channel recruitment and management
- Broad, established, and verifiable relationships within the Channel ecosystem
- Ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in presenting to partners and collaborators
- Shown experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in business or related fields
