The Bakery Transport Driver position requires the manual loading and unloading of trucks, checking equipment to ensure mechanical safety and emergency equipment is in working order, reporting maintenance needs of vehicles, and following DOT & FMCSA regulations. Drivers are expected to have excellent communication with co-workers & store personnel and keep safety top of mind at all times. Fresh product is delivered to stores 6 days per week with shifts starting in the afternoon; work days and shift start times vary based on route.
