CDD Risk Analyst

The job overview for the CDD Risk Analyst APAC position at Adyen is that they are seeking a hands-on analyst with experience in the payments and/or finance industry. The analyst will be responsible for ensuring compliance with KYC procedures and driving process improvements and automation. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects related to compliance, technology, and commercial areas. The ideal candidate should be operationally oriented, a problem solver, and have 1-5 years of experience in Customer Due Diligence/Enhanced Due Diligence/KYC.

• Monitor Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) procedures to ensure customers' compliance
• Collect and analyze customer information on a periodic basis and document material changes to their organizational structures, legal entity(ies), and policies
• Drive process improvements and automation in workflow procedures
• Engage, drive, and lead projects with colleagues on compliance, tech, or commercial focus areas
• Guide merchants on the review process, KYC requirements, and assist them during enhanced due diligence requirements
• Align with regional teams to ensure consistency throughout global risk reviews

• 1-5 years' experience in Customer Due Diligence/Enhanced Due Diligence/KYC
• Knowledgeable of AML/CFT concepts
• Operationally oriented with an eagerness to pick up and drive projects with cross-functional teams
• Problem solver with the ability to pick up things quickly
