Requirements

• A driving caregiver with a valid driver's license & clean record
• Own a reliable vehicle (some clients may be outside usual routes)
• Experience in elder care or patient support
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
• Knowledge of patient care & emergency response
• Familiarity with social work principles

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Administer medication under supervision
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Drive clients to appointments and outings
• Safely lift and transfer clients
• Support hospice care services
