About The Position

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking skilled Personal Attendants (Caregivers) to provide essential care to elderly clients in the Roseville, Rocklin, and Lincoln areas. The role focuses on assisting clients with daily living activities to ensure their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The position offers flexible scheduling with opportunities for split/stacking shifts, allowing caregivers to work multiple short shifts throughout the day.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks.
• Dayshift availability.
• Hands-on experience in elderly care services.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle (NO UBER, LYFT or public transportation).
• Home Care Aide License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly and disabled clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, eating, and exercising.
• Set up and safely use equipment for clients requiring assistance.
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of clients by performing various light housekeeping chores.
• Provide medication reminders to clients.
• Assist with transferring and mobility assuring the highest degree of safety.
• Assist and encourage clients with communication.
• Document all care tasks and verify care provided meets requirements.
• Build client relationships and provide ongoing support.
• Uphold professional and ethical standards.
