About The Position

We are seeking certified Caregivers to join our friendly and supportive team in the Olympic Peninsula area, specifically in Port Angeles, Sequim, Port Townsend, and Port Ludlow. This role focuses on providing compassionate in-home care for senior clients, allowing caregivers to find deep purpose in their work. The position offers flexible scheduling options and a pay rate of $20/hr for those with an active NAC or HCA credential in Washington State.

Requirements

• Must be willing to complete a 75-hour online HCA course within 120 days of hire and pass the state exam within 200 days, or have a current HCA or NAC credential.
• Reliable transportation, valid Washington driver's license, and insurance in your name.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to pass a nationwide criminal background check, fingerprint check, and other pre-employment checks.
• Must be professional and passionate about working with seniors.
• Positive and patient demeanor with the ability to build trustworthy relationships with clients.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Eligible to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring.
• Help with meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
• Drive clients to errands and appointments when necessary.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition.
• Follow the Agency's Policy and Procedures.
