About The Position

As a Caregiver for the Elderly, you will provide compassionate and personalized care to seniors, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Reporting to the Care Manager, you will utilize your core skills in long-term care and personal care to assist residents with daily activities and maintain a safe living environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in long-term care and home & community care
• Strong personal care skills, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Familiarity with first aid and emergency response protocols
• Experience in assisted living and memory care settings
• Knowledge of resident's rights and vital signs monitoring
• Ability to work effectively with seniors, including those with developmental disabilities and Parkinson's disease
• Competence in meal preparation and maintaining a clean living environment
