About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional caregiving experience.

• Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Physical capability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in achieving active treatment goals.
• Assist residents in maintaining a safe and comfortable home-like environment.
• Help clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal care and transfers.
• Transport clients to day programs, doctor's appointments, and community outings.
