About The Position

Car Wash Lead position is a hands on training program that prepares employees to fill various management positions in each of our car washes. Lead Trainee's will be responsible to know train and perform all work duties which include but are not limited to: customer service, sales and scheduling.

Requirements

• Must be able to demonstrate consistent work experience
• Must have at least six months in a lead position
• Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends
• Must have great customer service attitude
• Must have patience, motivation and initiative to lead others
• A valid driver's license is required
• This position requires working outdoors
• Must pass a criminal background and pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities

• Train and perform all work duties in the car wash
• Provide customer service
• Handle sales and scheduling
