About The Position

Dreamstyle Remodeling Powered by Renovo - America's 7th Largest Home Remodeling Company, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Canvassing Manager to lead a high-performing team of Brand Ambassadors in our high-volume, high-opportunity Boise market. This leadership role plays a vital part in driving home improvement leads for our in-home sales team.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of Field Marketing Experience (preferably in home improvement, direct sales, or consumer-focused industries)
• Strong ability to manage, develop, and inspire a team
• Goal-Oriented Mindset: Passion for meeting and exceeding performance targets
• Experience with CRM and payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Salesforce)
• Ability to motivate, coach, and engage a diverse team

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate Brand Ambassadors to achieve and exceed lead generation goals
• Oversee staffing, logistics, and execution of retail events, home shows, and door-to-door campaigns to maximize lead opportunities
• Analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and adjust strategies to optimize results
• Work with marketing and sales teams to refine campaigns and ensure seamless handoffs
• Maintain accurate lead tracking and provide leadership with regular performance updates
