Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment
  • Accurately resolve issues related to service
  • Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues
  • Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues
  • Work a flexible 40 hour per week schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and overtime
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, applications, and network connectivity
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions, providing clear instructions and explanations tailored to their level of technical understanding
