About The Position

Are you skilled in turning concepts into detailed designs? We're on the lookout for a talented CAD Drafter to join our team. If you have a knack for precision, an eye for detail, and a passion for bringing blueprints to life, this role might be your perfect match. Join us and contribute your expertise in creating accurate and innovative technical drawings! Looking for level I and level II.

Requirements

• Associates or Technical degree in Drafting & Design is required.
• 1-5 years of related civil and land development drafting experience.
• Proficiency in the latest version of AutoCAD Civil3D.
• MUST have 3D design experience.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, contours, and profiles.
• Capability to lead plan preparation from survey data acquisition and base map preparation through final plats and record drawings with minimal guidance.
• Competence in setting up and managing drafting and plan preparation standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on a variety of structural and civil land development projects, including but not limited to site utilities, paving, grading, drainage systems, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction surveys.
• Prepare drawings for wastewater collection, water lines, storm sewer systems for municipalities, and other related civil engineering projects.
• Calculate project quantities to support design and construction processes.
