CAD Designer

DigitalOnUs by TechM is seeking a Category Manager with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in designing mechanical and electro mechanical components and systems. The ideal candidate should have strong working capability with CAD tool Creo and PLM Windchill, as well as product development experience in Sheetmetal and Plastic's. They should also possess basic knowledge in manufacturing process and development, and be able to deliver designs with datum structure, GD&T, and accurate tolerance stack up analysis. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required.

• Design mechanical and electro mechanical components and systems from concept through production validation
• Work with CAD tool Creo and PLM Windchill
• Develop products in sheetmetal and plastics
• Have basic knowledge in manufacturing process and development
• Deliver designs with datum structure, GD&T, and accurate tolerance stack up analysis
• Collaborate as a team player with a strong process and continuous improvement mindset
• Be highly organized and have good communication skills
• Have good presentation and problem-solving skills
