About The Position
This position is responsible for the coordination of fund mergers, liquidations, de-conversions, conversions and other events for the mutual fund clients on the Global Fund Services Transfer Agent. As a project coordinator this role is responsible for the creation of project plans, communication with the fund clients and external transfer agents including the hosting of conference calls and written communications with all parties associated with the event. Additional responsibilities include data analysis, project tracking and communication with internal business lines to obtain status updates. This position will occasionally require weekend hours to coordinate the execution of the client events.
